Lucky Brand Women's WORRIN Fashion Boot, LACE, 11

Was looking for a pair of boots that were comfortable with a lug sole and stylish and these fit the bill. I was a little concerned if they would have enough cushioning to wear them for hours but I believe they do. The bulky heel also helps with comfort. I will probably add an insert on days that I will wear them all day walking but I absolutely love these. I had to get 1/2 size larger because the 8.5 was sold out and they fit well with room in the toes and it will give me room to wear with thick socks when weather gets colder. They are a little large around my ankle and I wish the fit around the ankle was a little tighter. Overall, I love these boots!

This is a beautiful boot. Pictures don’t do justice. Mahogany leather is accurately described. Texture is very soft and will mellow into pebbled crinkle with wear. I would recommend shoe trees to store these as there is already a noticeable crease at toe bend on day one. I believe this will add to a well loved appearing patina so I am not concerned. The platform and lug sole are gorgeous updates but still feminine and dressy due to a streamlined profile and classic base design. These will look amazing with a boho dress, skirts, and even jeans-tshirt-cardi. Ankle is slim (not floppy or overly wide) so consider this if you have generous ankles and lower calves. The slim ankle does add to the sleeker feminine appeal. 7-8” platform subtracted from 3 1/2” heel leaves a 2 5/8” rise on heel- not bad! Comfort: shoot, I wish this was a five star but it is not. I would call this a fashion boot due to the brand and fit. Fit is *basically accurate on my very standard size nine. However, heel slips slightly even with a substantial sock, and toe crease may be due to a slightly narrow toe box. There is no padding or contour inside so this is not a good boot for touring or a full day of work on your feet, unless you can add padding. This boot would also play well with bootie anklets, spats overlay or gators for cosplay. OVERALL: 5 stars for looks, 3.5 for fit and comfort.

Wore these all night in Nashville! So comfortable and cute. I love them so much. I even wear them to work sometimes, way more comfy than your average boot.
