I wear size 6 in all brands, but this size 6 was more like 6.5, so they don't fit. But I liked the quality and I would have kept them if they were true size 6.

These boots are awesome! They really seem to lead toward business dress. When I wear them with jeans it looks like I'm wearing cowboy boots, which are not my typical style. It doesn't stop me from wearing them with jeans, though. They are slip-on shoes with no zippers or other type of fastener and are easy to put on. The shoes are big on me. They are a size 9 and I typically wear a size 8-8.5, but I can still wear them without difficulty. I recommend wearing thicker socks, a few times my pinky toe has caught on the side of the shoe while walking with just panty hose on (this might be due to the size). It does seem like these shoes will not hold up to much wear. There is a pole in my desk at work that I often accidently kick, and the toe of one of the boots has already rubbed off. Likely some polish would solve the problem. Where the leather is not directly sown to the boot there is a tendency for the leather to pull away/droop, which may be due to slipping them on hastily and sitting on feet. I enjoy these boots immensely if not for the drooping leather, large size, and rubbing off of the toe I would give this five starts.

I love the look, the materials and construction quality of these boots.Unfortunately they were so uncomfortable on my feet due to an odd fit that i simply cannot wear themThey run about half size too small.

This is my second pair of boots from this brand, and they're as lovely and well-made as the other pair (which I wear all of the time!). The leather is supple, they're very nicely put together (no glue lines or seams), and the leather insole is breathable and so comfortable! I wear boots with this type of heel as my go-to for slacks at work, and these are perfection. I have a wide foot and can wear anything from an 8 to a 9.5, depending on the width, but these seem to fit me well in the 9. They're a little long, but my feet swell when I wear heels, so they're very comfy after a couple of hours. I don't even need my metatarsal pads in these. The heel is stable, allowing me to navigate the metro, escalators, and cobblestones without fear of twisting my ankle. I wore them to dinner, after which we walked around the monuments for about 2 hrs, and then home on the metro, and my feet hardly hurt (we're talking right out of the box with no break-in period).These boots are worth every cent IMO, and I will continue to recommend them as long as they last (and I think, based on the construction, they will last). My only minor complaint is that I prefer a zipper to the elastic opening, but that's personal preference, and I ordered these knowing they didn't zip so that's on me. I will say that if you have larger calves or ankles the elastic will accommodate a variety of sizes, so you should be able to wear these comfortably (and they're fine if you have small ankles as well).I highly recommend boots from this brand, and these are no exception. Great product...much better than what I find at most department stores, and they're made in Brazil, which is a bonus (to me) over those made in China or Vietnam (which I haven't had great luck with as far as longevity).I will update if issues arise, but I'm a very happy customer right now.🙂
