I ordered size 10 for my toddler and received size 2M, they were huge for my girl, I reordered them because they made a mistake, and the second time they did it again! not size 10, but 2M I gave up and just got ones at target
These are good quality shoes. My 12 yo daughter wears them all the time, and they are holding up well. I was nervous about the color, but they still look great a couple months after wearing them. They are cute and comfortable!
Boots are really cute, seem to be comfortable, but they sent the wrong size twice (ordered 1W, kept getting 2.5W), and have no contact info for Amazon customer service to resolve the issue besides applying a refund.
I searched for big boy boots size 8 for an 11 year old , but the box said size 8 big boy but the boots looked like a 2-3 year old would fit in them.
Ordered 2 sizes for try before you buy and received wrong sizes, returned and ordered again and AGAIN I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZES. I will purchase from somewhere else. Also on the second order the price was increased.
