Really liked these, unfortunately they were a little too small for me. I'm a size in all shoes, got an 8 and they were too small, not by much but by enough that I knew I couldn't wear them. HOWEVER my friend/coworker is a 7.5 and also loves boots so I gave them to her and she absolutely loves them. She owns tons of boots and says she can't believe how affordable these were for the quality. Overall, buy them just buy them a half size bigger than your normal size
Gorgeous shoes, very comfortable, true to size
These boots are really cute. They go with several types of outfits and the outer zipper gives them a nice "edgy" look while enabling an easy way to put them on and take them off without touching the laces. I ordered a 6.5 which is my usual size. I'd say they're good to wear out for occasions, but I'm unsure if they're comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, such as to work, as they hurt my heels a bit when I wore them for an extended time. Otherwise, I love these boots and will be wearing them frequently!
16 yo daughter wanted black lace up boots for Christmas. Knowing I'm not crazy about that particular style (I'm more of a red Mary Janes kind of girl) she wrote me an entire paragraph of reasons she should be allowed to have them. I'm not THAT uptight, all she really had to do was ask. Anyway, I looked around at several styles and read reviews and settled on these. She wears them everyday, every place she goes. They look good with her skinny jeans and her school uniform pants. She absolutely loves them and says they are comfy. She has thanked me for geting them about 100 times. They have the combat "look" but they are not heavy or "clunky," and they'r not loud when she walks on our hardwood floors. They're actually pretty cute if that's your thing.UPDATE 4 months later (Mar 2021): The heel has come loose from one of the boots after normal wear. This is disappointing for this brand. Changing to 3 stars b/c of limited durability.UPDATE Almost a year later the zipper teeth broke off. I would expect better. Also FYI $100 for these is a ripoff, Zappos. Go to the site that rhymes with Amos Sootware. They are half as much.
My daughter’s shoe size is 8, we ordered size 8.5. They fit well and she loves them
These are so cute and comfortable! Love them
True to size basic combat boot is comfortable and supportive. These have an outside zip and laces for perfecting the fit. They have adequate cushioning that makes all-day walking easy. I didn’t expect all this from Dr. Scholl’s but am very pleasantly surprised by this boot!
I bought these shoes to wear at work, where I'm expected to be on my feet for almost all of my shift. They look really nice and are comfortable, but after only 5 months of owning them, the soles started falling apart and chunks are coming out of the bottom by 6 months. These shoes are probably great for casual wear, but don't hold up for work. My job isn't even that demanding, it just requires me to stand & walk a lot, so I'm definitely disappointed that they're already falling apart.
