Beautiful boots.
I was so thrilled with this boot as I pulled the right one out, placed it on my foot and after about a dozen boots, it fit my narrow foot…and felt comfortable as well! Pulled out the left boot and placed it on my foot and began to lace only to find that one of the grommets was missing. I was disappointed but trust Hush Puppies and Amazon, so I wrote to explain. They said I could return and they would pay $20.00 for the return expense. A joke! The cheapest shipping fees are $105! BEWARE! Amazon UK does NOT stand behind these, even when they arrive damaged. Amazon US will not help or try to. You have to make an international call to Amazon UK. I asked if they would pay to have them repaired here in the states…Nope…Nope! I am passed displeased with Amazon UK and the whole situation. Do NOT buy from US.Fabulous boot, so sad that Amazon UK is such a difficult place to deal with their defective merchandise.
