Clarks, a name synonymous with comfort and quality, began in 1825 with two brothers, Cyrus and James Clark. Their story started with a simple idea: crafting slippers from sheepskin offcuts. This dedication to resourcefulness and innovation has been at the heart of Clarks for nearly 200 years.
Clarks prioritizes both comfort and timeless design. They are pioneers in foot-shaped technology, ensuring a perfect fit and all-day support. Their classic styles have transcended generations, while their commitment to innovation keeps them at the forefront of modern footwear trends.
I have both the Black & Navy & now the Brown. They are a very comfortable shoe. I go up a half size when wearing a closed in shoe. I always seem to have toe issues with my left foot. I have somewhat of a narrow foot. I do have to wear additional inner soles that I have placed underneath the cloudstepper inner sole. That makes them a better fit for me. They seem very comfortable. I have not worn them outside yet. Waiting for colder weather here in Louisiana, but I am sure I will enjoy them. They appear to look good with skinny leg pants. They were a great value, based on these shoes running around $95.00 when they firstwere presented.
I wear 9 1/2 narrow. This shoe is great on length but the toe area is way to tight. It might stretch out but I'm not sure I want to go through that.Really nice looking shoe, I'm thinking about getting 9 1/2 med but it's more money and will probably slip on heel. Really comfortable to bad about the toe.
These are the most comfortable “loafers” I’ve ever worn. The padded footbed that is removable plus the rubber mini-wedge sole make this shoe easy to wear everywhere all day. I show them as fit as expected. That’s because my feet run medium to slightly narrow. They fit me great, the heels don’t slide, and I’ve used the removable footbed in a pair of boots already, making the roomy boots fit and feel better. I bought my first pair on another website, liked them so much that I bought other colors of them on Amazon. I’ve always liked Clark’s, but I’m now a fan of their Cloudstepper brand. Awesome shoe.
This shoe runs very narrow. I nor!ally wear a narrow with but had to return for medium which fit perfect.Love this shoe. Very comfortable and good looking.
I ordered narrow because usually shoes tend to be too wide for my feet. These were so tight that they did not fit me at all and squished my toes terribly. Super cute look and loved the material though.
I owned a pair of these several years ago when Clark's first released this style. Was happy to find another pair on Amazon as Clark's doesn't have it anymore.
I own several Clarks styles. The last pair I purchased were a wide, my normal size, but seemed a bit too wide for my foot. I've lost a few pounds and thought perhaps that had affected my shoe width. I purchased these in a medium and will have to return them as I cannot make it through a work day wearing them. Disappointing, especially after reading the rave comments.
Although the look of these shoes is attractive, they are the narrowest “wide” width shoes I’ve ever tried on. Also, they aren’t at all like walking on clouds as their name suggests. Guess I’ve been spoiled by wearing FitFlop brand (original sole) shoes exclusively for years. So these are going back for a refund, and the hunt for truly comfortable stylish shoes continues.
