I bought a pair of brown Clark boots several years ago. They are my go-to casual boots. I needed black boots so naturally shopped for Clark. They arrived on time, and they are just what I wanted, nice looking in a Nubuck finish and very comfortable. They are true to size. I look forward to many years of wear!
I have a medium width foot but always order wide in boots. I ordered 8 Wide and just barely could get my foot in . I could never wear socks with them. The leather is soft but very thin and the arch support is fair. My personal complaint is that the zippers are very stiff and located on the outer side of the boot. They would be much easier to zip if they were on the inner part of the boot.
Inside is comfortable and supportive. Outside is beautiful. Heel height perfect. Love!!!!
These boots are narrow which work great for me. I am exchanging for brown as I have a similar (shorter) pair already in black.
