I like that this shoe looks good for both a dressier casual or for jean casual look. This is perfect for when you need something a little dressier than a sneaker but comfortable. I was a little disappointed that the shoe feels a little stiff and not as flexible as I have previously experienced in this brand. Also, the shoe runs really narrow. I typically wear a narrow size when available, but I had to exchange for the wider size. Overall, a good shoe for the money. Just a tip if you need to exchange. I received a UPS digital QR code to take to UPS for the exchange. However, only the main UPS terminal, which was a longer drive, would accept a digital code. Our local third party UPS services would only accept a printed label for the exchange.
Not having any half sizes made it difficult to decide on the next best size. I wear a 6.5.Nevertheless, very comfortable. Will repurchase.
The shoes are wonderful, so cool looking, the perfect shade of brown, nice leather. Always wanted, but couldn't afford a pair of Clark's. Glad to own them now :) Very pleased with the fit as a size 5, impossible to get the true size 5 when most of the rest out there are a definite 6+, but made to meet the needs of the much larger average woman of today. Makes it impossible for someone my age to find appropriate shoes, especially heels, elegant shoes for occasions...So, Thank you Clark's for keeping up the integrity of realism for us of the generation who wore a real size 5 when we were young women! Clark's will meet your every expectation. Will purchase another great pair of Clark's.
This shoe was hard to get on because it was very stiff and did not smell or appear to be leather.
I have worn only Clark’s for many years. I just received this pair. I wore them to work (as a first grade teacher) two days and they already are adjusting to my foot. True to Clark’s brand, they are very comfortable and I enjoy wearing them. Due to health issues I get the ww width and they are still a comfortable shoe. I have always paid $129 for this brand but Amazon had them for $43. I hear Clark’s is going out of business but I sure hope not. I can’t think of any negatives or cons with this shoe. They are slick on the bottoms at first but keep wearing carefully and that goes away.
