The boots are true to size and color. They look good, feel good and are affordable. The heel is high enough to lift me out of the winter puddles and slush but low enough to be comfortable all day.
I loved these boots, but I have very skinny calves (12.5 inches at widest point) and they were just a little too big for my calves. I loved the style, heel height and comfort of these boots. If they would have fit my calves a bit closer I would have kept them, but unfortunately I had to return them for this reason only.

These boots are sooo cute and comfortable right out of the box!!! Love them!!
Boots looked, fit, and felt great. Wore them 3 times, very comfortable. Put them on last night (4th time to wear), zipped the left one up, then put on the right boot. Pulled the zipper halfway up and the plastic zipper failed - separated all the way down. So went to unzip the left boot, and as I attempted to slide the zipper pull down, that zipper came apart too. I seem to be past the return date for the boots. And they really are great boots, so I plan to get the zippers replaced with metal zippers. I have a pair of similar Clark’s boots that are probably 10 years old - still good looking and comfortable AND metal zippers have never given me any trouble. Clark’s - please go back to metal zippers!

Bought these because I’m always looking for a narrow width boot and it looks fine. I do notice that faux leather is not as warm or as sturdy as the real thing.
