Very pleased with these boots! They are beautiful and classy in a rugged way. Run totally true to size. Even though they look like the heel is low, these boots do boost my height compared to my other booties.
The boots are great. They have a nice stylish look. They are soft and super comfortable. I walked all day shopping in them and my feet were happy.
Typical with expected comfort from this brand, they were wearable right out of the box.I am a true European 41/US 10 and a bit on the wider side. These just fit with a thin sock...just.
I wear a size eleven medium and purchased this boot in a size eleven medium. It is a perfect fit with room for socks! The leather is supple and genuine! This boot is the quality product that I expect from Clarks. I own at least five pairs of Clarks shoes and three pairs of their boots. I wore these boots for four hours outside while I attended a Christmas event. My feet and ankles felt great! I typically wear these boot with pants. I am not sure if they would look good with skirts.
This is a comfortable boot. I have a skinny heel, so I have to wear thick socks, but this made a great fit and I never had to break them in - able to wear them to work every day without issue. It has the chunky sole & heel, so it is a more casual boot. But I do like that it has a grippy sole so I don't worry about the shoe being slippery in the rain. I plan to purchase another pair in brown.
I think Clark’s boots are simply updated to keep them stylish. The boots are long wearing and feel good on your feet.
I have always loved a "Chelsea" style boot, but I also like things with a "twist" and not the same 'ol same 'ol. These did the trick! I like that they have the "Chelsea" elastic insert on just one side in the shape of a V instead of the usual U. But what is so different is the "pleating" of the leather. (Or 'slouch'). I like the loop on the back, but most of all, they are SO comfortable! I wear a 7, and the 7 would have fit, but I like wearing socks with this type of boot, and the 7.5 gives me plenty of room. These boots look so cool with just about anything, skirt, dress, and my favorite, high water jeans so you can see the boot! :-)
True to size with lots of toe box room. Low heel comfortable. No frills no discomfort around the ankle . I received the black. The burnishing doesn't show much on this color on the toe. These are a casual boot. Removable insert. Padding is decent. Ability to wear in slippery weather conditions because of the rugged outsole .
