I originally received a pair (in size 9) that had a "funky" zipper in one of the boots. It would stick in the same place every time I zipped or unzipped it. I returned them and received a pair that was fine. The color is a reddish brown and I really like it. They are true to size and fairly comfortable. I did expect a more comfortable foot bed considering my old pair of Clark boots is one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes/boots I have ever had. These are fine, but not quite the same quality as the old pair (but the old pair was more expensive even when I bought them 7 years ago). These are a good deal and I would buy them again.
Better order these. Gorgeous and comfortable. I love these boots.
