I absolutely adore danskos. I work in the veterinary medical field, and these have been the only shoes that keep my back from aching after a long day on my feet. This is my fourth pair to date. They hold up to harsh wear and tear really well, and last for years. I love that the company is coming out with more design options outside of the standard leather. I’ll never go back to wearing tennis shoes at work. These are worth the money!
I’m an RN in the hospital and everyone LOVES these shoes! You want to make sure that when buying Dansko style clogs to get them roomy enough that they move on your feet. There should be movement at the back and looseness around the top as well. Mine are slightly snug but I suspect I could get them stretched and they would be perfect. My feet tend to swell a tad after 3 12s in a row and occasionally I have to switch out with tennies on day 3. Danskos are so great for supporting your arches and promoting good posture and lifting technique.
Too lose fitting .
I have been buying danskos for over 10 years. Have always worn the same size, never with any issues(in store or online). I know I needed to break them in. I thought wearing them for a bit would help but it has not. Still incredibly too tight. Cannot wear so unfortunately they sit. And because I chose to wear them a while to break them in I am past my return date. Will not buy again.
All Danskos fit a little different. If you buy an 8 in one size it is not going to feel the same as an 8 in another pair. Very durable and great shoes for work but need to try them on in person.
I have learned from ordering several pairs of Dansko Professional shoes that all of them fit differently, which is disappointing as well as annoying. The white box is even worse. I also learned that I had to order 1.5 sizes larger than my normal shoe size, but my toes are up against the shoe. Each time I ordered, the shoe was even shorter. I give up on this color.
Love love love these shoes!!! This is my third pair; these shoes are very sturdy and long lasting. My last pair had to be retired after 10 years of working in a busy ER!
The fit was as it should be. Danskos are made to be loose, where the back of your heel should slide. The design is so pretty and vibrant. At first, people thought they were flowers. Upon closer inspection they could see the print is of beets! These would be so cute for those who are chefs and cooks. Patients love the playful nature of the design.
