I am a true 7M and, thanks to numerous reviews addressing the width issue, I ordered the Storm Blue in a 7W and it was a perfect fit without socks. I doubt that I could fit in the shoes if I added socks. I live in Southern California so the inability to wear socks was not deal breaker for me. The Storm Blue color was lovely - looks great with any shade of blue jeans - and the 7W fit like a snug 7M. The shoes are comfortable - they arrived today and I have been wearing them for several hours. I strongly recommend that you purchase a wide width if you normally wear a medium. Other than the width issue, I had no other problems with the shoes. They arrived on the date scheduled and were in perfect condition. I am really pleased with the color since I am retired and seem to live in blue jeans of various shades. The Storm Blue look like they cost quite a bit more than I paid for them. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and appreciate all the people who took the time to write a review addressing the width issue - it saved me from a return.
These are the rare perfect combination of class and comfort. The black stripe on the white sole is the perfect sharp detail, and the metal bar across the bridge really elevates the look of these. That bar is a bit constricting (it doesn’t stretch) and I was worried it would hurt my feet, but after a few minutes the shoes stretched enough in other spots that it was no problem. These took very little break-in and managed to be comfortable for a 30 minute walk through the city after work. They’re not sneakers, but for no-socks classy looking shoes, they are about the best you can get (especially in this price range).
I bought these because they were a great price and reminded me of Pee Wee Herman. Great statement shoe. The insole is memory foam, and very comfortable. The uppers around the ankle are a little stiff, and will require some breaking in. These are a little narrow for my feet, but not to the point of being uncomfortable.
Cute shoes. Fit not as comfortable...heck I couldn't get my feet into the shoe, and I am a 9M for almost every shoe out there in the planet!Returning, as their 9M fits like an 8N for me. I ordered another set of Naturalizers...and the same issue.Looks like ALL Naturalizers are like this! ANNOYING!Either order a size up or as a "WIDE" for Naturalizers.

Very comfortable shoe but it runs narrow and a bit small. Size up 1/2 size for best fit if you have medium width feet. Update: I ordered up half size and it was still too narrow. The length didn’t change much between 9.5 vs 10. I had to pay for shipping with size 10, so I will keep them in hopes that I lose weight and my feet shrink a little.
I love these shoes. They’re super comfy and very stylish, IMO. Great price too! I typically order a 7, but I had a hard time squeezing into them so I exchanged for a 7.5. Now they’re a little big. I’ll deal because these are fantastic shoes.
