This is my second pair of Naturalizer loafers. I love the fit and how well my feet feel after being in them all day. This loafer has a black chain which makes it nice to match many outfits without being too bold.
Cute shoes but the toe portion is too narrow and was uncomfortable. I was able to return but read return policies Before ordering. I assumed just pop in to Kohls or Amazon to return but wrong. Only UPS option was given. I received shoe wrapped in clear shipping wrap with shoe box unprotected. Shoes had to be returned inside a box and shoe box was not to be damaged. You must print the return label yourself. We have no printer and Luckily I had a plain box to put the shoe box inside. The original shoe box had a dent in it since it was not protected when the storefront shipped it. No problems with the return but decided not to purchase from them again because of the steps.
Very soft and comfortable
Too Narrow. My feet aren’t that wide. Creates an outpouching on both sides midfoot when walking.
Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The inside of the shoe is velvety soft. I’m an 8 but I typically order an 8.5 when shopping online because there’s less of a chance I’ll need to return. 8 probably would’ve been perfect, so go ahead & order your usual size. :) Recommended if you want a black loafer with a little bit of a 2022 platform but not the heavy, goth schoolgirl lug.
