returned shoes as they were 1/2 size to small. They charge $12 to ship and $12 to return. So I am out $24. And refunded wrong tax amount so I am out of that $ as well. Buyer beware.
However if I could size down 1/2 of size they would fit much better feels a little big. I just tried to exchange for same color just a half size down and they're charging me to ship it back. Be awareJust received my 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly and I will also say Amazon did not charge me to return the size 9. So all is good thank you Amazon
Good-looking shoes. Very tight unless I remove the (removable?) arch-support insole. Is that meant to be removed if necessary? Otherwise, this does not fit at all like a typical 9w Naturalizer shoe, which is my normal size.
These shoes are very comfortable. I didn’t see much of a difference between the wide and the regular size but I kept the regular even though I usually wear a wide.

I left a review a few months ago raving about my new loafers. At the time, all true. However, here we are in December, I have worn them no more than 20 times, and the width is so stretched out, they no longer stay on my feet. I can stick my hand down each side with my foot in them with room to spare. Regardless of their good looks, the quality of the leather is clearly very, very poor. I purchased both black and brown l, and I will now have to give away both pairs. Infuriating!
