The boots are great. What I expected and comfortable after I put in some cushiony insoles
I wasn't initially happy with how slouchy these were compared to the picture. Kept them for a few weeks while I tried other Naturalizer boots. So far, these are the only pair that truly fit wide. I normally wear 9M, but Naturalizer fit too narrow and caused instant pain. These 9W are comfortable; I wore for hours during and after a baby shower and I'm 35 weeks pregnant. Didn't even have to wear ball-off the foot pads. The other downside is they aren't really over-the-knee; like some other reviews, they hit in the middle of the knee and I'm 5'8". Lots of compliments and the heel is very flattering.
I love these boots! The leather is soft and has a nice texture that looks more high end. I ordered my normal size and they fit great. I have pretty average calves and they fit nicely. Not snug but not loose. There is a bit of room around my toes and I was getting a little pinch from the sliding of my foot but that was fixed with thicker socks. I like that I can wear nice thick socks with these. Love them. Plan to wear them for years.
