I have a corn on my left pinkie toe so I have been living in my Birkenstock Gizeh sandals (which are like flip flops but with an awesome molded footbed), but I needed something with an ankle strap for walking while sight-seeing in Greece. So I tried these Aerosoles, as well as the Rockport Cobb Hill Ramona, Rockport Ridge Circle and Vionic Lizbeth sandals, each in sizes 7 and 7.5 Medium and Wide. These were the winners, in my usual dress shoe size: 7.5 W. My feet are a C width in the ball & toes but an A width in the heel and these fit perfectly while also keeping my foot in place, which is important when walking on uneven surfaces. That was an issue with the Rockports and Vionics, which were mostly only wider in the heel when I tried the wide sizes. These Aerosoles are surprisingly attractive and also comfortable, lightweight and flexible. The footbed is contoured and nicely cushioned even though the sole is slim. The footbed is not molded like the Rockports, but that means it also won't have the arch in the wrong place, which I began to feel with one of the Rockports after walking around in them.
I had a pair of these previously. They go well with many things and are extremely comfortable. When after about 7 years mine broke. I had to have another pair and was excited they were still being made.
****UPDATE*****I was disappointed at first I’ve trusted Aerosoles for years! I’ve had several pairs of this style, not sure what’s up with this one but my feet hurt the moment I put them on, I bought them for my vacation and there’s a lot of walking. They took a while to break in. They are cute comfy cushion but the leather took days to break in. In the past it’s been just the right fit. I normally I don’t review ever but I had to say something shoes for me are hard to get the right fit for my foot.

Not wide width, more regular
I love this sandal, but sadly, the footbed is too narrow on the so-called wide width! The rest of the shoe is wide, almost too wide, but the footbed is narrower than my regular fit sandals! Who made this error? A wide shoe should have a wide footbed. Sadly, I need to return this otherwise cute shoe.
I bought my first pair of these maybe 5-6 years ago at the store and they finally wore out and I was thrilled when I found these online. They are very comfortable and versatile. I’m usually around a 7.5 but I wear a 7 in these. Highly recommend as an everyday sandal.
I never write reviews. This is a such a great sandal. I have sweaty feet and it’s so hard to find shoes that match most outfits, are stylish, and that I won’t slip in. These are awesome ! Sweaty feet solution.
