I love these shoes. Great bang for your buck. They're adorable but they're not too pricey so its okay to wear them to work and not be afraid to get them ruined. My feet run a little wide and they're a perfect fit which is usually rare when it comes to flats. I bought the black ones - so I can literally wear them with anything. They're thin shoes, but I don't have a problem wearing them all day because I still find them extremely comfortable. They do not have any support so if that's what you need these may not be the shoe for you. I'm considering buying another color because I love how cute they look. I've gotten tons of compliments at work and several people have asked for the link so they can buy some as well.
I received the shoes on time but received mismatching sizes. I notified Alpine Swiss, who sent a replacement for the wrong sized shoe. Their customer service was excellent! The first time putting the shoes on, they felt close, and I thought I had wasted my time and my money. But one afternoon, I decided to wear them since I'd be out for only 2 hours. That 2 hour outing broke them in, and now, I don't regret buying them. They're super comfy, and make my floppy-looking size 11 feet look super cute. I plan on purchasing another pair in different colour.
So, these are SUPER cute. I ordered a size up and they fit me perfectly. The only thing that felt off was the back where the strap is connected, it was really rubbing into the back of my foot even at the loosest setting. I wore these for 3 days and looked down and realized the strap holder thingy broke right off. So the ankle cuffs were still around my ankles but not connected to my shoes....LOL. I really like how they look, but made very cheap. You DEFINITELY get what you pay for here.
The shoes arrived very quickly at about 3 days after I placed the order. They were only a little bit loose which surprised me because a size 5 is usually a little bit tight. But, I just put in some thin insoles and they fit perfectly afterwards. The only other thing is that one of the straps was longer than the other one. So, I had to trim and punch in a hole in one strap. Besides those little issues that were easily fixed, these shoes are very cute and comfortable for the super cheap price and I don't feel bad wearing them out then buying another pair as long as they stay available forever (I hope!)
These are cute shoes, but they just don't quite work for me. They have an all over tighter fit on my foot, (I am a reliably a size 10 in flats and I ordered a 10) which I could work out and try to see if they would stretch a little over time, but the real reason I bought this style of flats was because of the cute strap, and therein lies my biggest problem with this shoe. The strap sits very low on my ankle and is very restricting even on the very last hole in the strap. I have owned shoes in this style in the past and the back of the shoe was built up a little higher on the heel so the strap sat higher on my ankle which was very comfortable. There is no way to adjust the strap of this shoe to be more comfortable short of removing the strap all together which, to me, defeats the purpose of purchasing this style in the first place.-Maggie D

2 stars only because they came early, so that was good. They're very flimsy like ballet shoes except they are not as comfortable or as well made. I wore these to work today and my feet are killing me, and I have a desk job! They dig into the top of your foot and rub your heel. The strap falls in an unattractive way around your ankle. I will never wear them again. Also you should know that they run VERY small.
I wore these today for the first time and had to keep looking down at my feet to be sure I hadn't accidentally left home with my house shoes on! They were so very comfortable!! An incredible deal. Granted, they may not last for long, but at this price, I'm going to order one of each color and replace them when they wear out. Be sure to get a half size bigger. You won't be disappointed.
