I like the style
Hard to keep on foot
Just the perfect little black shoe
Pretty, but not very sturdy. Purchased for my daughter's wedding. Worn only for photo's of helping my daughter getting dressed in her gown but thankfully had a back up pair for the rest of the day because there is no way these would have held up for 8hrs.
Loved the look and feel of the shoe but it is Orange not Red. thought I was getting. If you want red you will be disappointed.
Nice quality
It took me a second to figure out how to wear these shoes because I couldn't tell if the strap was supposed to go on top of the foot or behind it. After watching a video on Zappos' YouTube channel (random...), I realized it's supposed to go on top. These shoes are super cute in person but they don't fit true to size like other Anne Klein shoes and their various divisions. They're usually my go-to for boring matronly type shoes that I wear at my conservative office job, so I was excited to see how they've actually had cute styles out these past three years. But my foot just slips right out because of the way the angle is and how you have to position your foot to make it stay on top. I don't think changing sizes would help and my foot isn't particularly narrow or wide.
These shoes are naturally attractive. The bad part is that they came with busted heels and I literally had to buy a product to repair. I was going to send them back but the problem was getting them to Whole Foods for the return and I was not feeling well. Never, ever again will I buy. I was not given much consideration. I wasted money and these days, it's important to treat good customers right.
