These are the best sandals I have ever worn in this types. I am so happy I didn't read the reviews from other ppl before buying them. I am very happy on how comfortable they are. You barely feel them. If you try them on at the end of the day when your feet tends to be swollen, yes they might feel tight...but they are not tight at all. The straps do give a little. When I tried them on the first time they felt tight....when I wore them the first time, it was fist thing in the morning and I was shocked how great they felt. Totally recommend them. Just as clarification...I have narrow skinny feet...not sure how they would feel in wider thicker feet. But the strap does adjust with wear.
super comfortable
I do a lot of walking and don’t want to wear tennis shoes when it’s hot outside. These sandals are perfect. They are so comfortable, I do my 3 mile walks in them. They look great too!
Like look no Cush
The back snapped off when I gently stretched it to put my foot in the first time I tried to wear.
I purchased my gold pair many years ago in a surf store while visiting Australia. Each year they are my most worn and loved summer sandals.The black pair are newly purchased from Amazon. I read all the reviews about being a different style to the originals, and was ok to try this new style out. The sole is completely different, its bigger, so this makes the sandal less flattering and are quite chunky looking in comparison, but apart from the different sole, the braid and comfort level is exactly like my old pair.The sole is as flexible, and I’m sure with lots of wear, this new style will hold up well.I do believe these are Billabong, and not a copy. I think Billabong had to fine a new supplier for the soles and this has changed the design.Im happy with the new black ones and look forward to lots of wear over the coming years.
I have several pairs of other Billabong sandals in this style, but these are either a bad dupe a terrible design change. The straps are rough and don’t fit the same. The footbed is cheap rubber. These are terrible.
So comfortable. Well made. The arch support is really nice. I'm a nanny and always running after someone. No worries in these shoes. Also got very wet and had no problems. Actually fit a bit better. Probably getting others. I definitely recommend.
