I knew I wanted this shoe in this color (taupe distressed) as soon as I saw it. I have white leather Born sneakers with one zipper that I've had for probably 4 years and still wear. It's a great every day shoe. The fit is true to size. It's nice enough for work on casual days - looks good with jeans. I may swap out the laces for something a little closer to the shoe color. Not sure yet.Born is my favorite go-to brand. I can always count on comfort, style, being true size, and well made. I would highly recommend this shoe!
These shoes are the perfect size but due to imperfections at the lower end of the zip the shoe pinches the insoles of the feet making them painful to wear.

The shoe smells of great leather, but it runs a bit narrow. The seller (not Amazon) did not have a quick delivery and the return intructions were asking a lot of the buyer.
