I love born shoes. They are the epitone of comfort and all manufacturers should be held to these comfort standards. The leather is buttery soft and shoes are very comfortable to wear all day. However, they are narrow AF. I do not have fat troll feet but it's apparent Born believes that feet are one width only. I did send these back, but re bought them cuz i think theyre super cute! After I bought shoe stretchers and stretched them for a few days they fit better in width but they are still a bit tight on the instep. I'm hoping they stretch more by wearing them. Born are a great brand but they really need to listen to their customers- I'm not the only one complaining of the narrowness of their shoes. Buy them but make sure you buy the shoe stretchers so you can wear them!
Always wear an 8 1/2 M - ordered a 9 and couldn't get my feet into them. When they finally arrived they looked as if they had been tried on before - so I guess it's not just me. Nice leather tho. Also FexEx delivery took 12 days. They sat for 8 days at the FedEx hub a mere 15 miles from my home.
