My mom had tried these on during a trip to Europe, but over there they only had her size in the yellow color (which were awful) but she said she would even buy them in that color because of how comfortable they were for her everyday. I found them here with a discount, in her size and preferred color, they came in a box and really well packed. Would recommend for people with wide feet.
Although I love the look and color of these shoes, the sizing and quality control are way off. I followed the directions from Camper and other reviewers, to a T. I traced my foot to find the size, sized up etc… The first pair I received should have been my size based on the measurements, but they were way too short. So, I sized up again. The next pair was so large that I couldn’t keep them on my feet to walk around the house. Sad, because I think Camper brand shoes are really cute. But, they’re not worth this kind of hassle.
I like the shoe overall—style, comfort. I gave it one star because they are going to be hard to keep clean, spot free, and presentable. I sprayed them before I wore them, but that didn’t seem to help.I definitely wouldn’t recommend them for this reason.
The inside leather is a dark tan color and will leach dye into the white mesh of the shoe. I had this happen the first time I wore them after my feet became a little sweaty. It really is a shame because the design of the shoe is really nice otherwise. if they had used a white leather or undyed leather on the inside I do not believe it would be a problem.
