After 4 surgeries on one leg following a severe accident, I've been having difficulty finding sandals with enough support and comfort now that I'm walking, on my own, again. My left foot is still just swollen enough to make most shoes and sandals a bit tight, so finding anything comfortable has been extremely frustrating on a daily basis. These are nice and soft, so they don't cut into my foot. They have a nice arch support as I have a very high arch and I love that they have a heel strap since I have a tendency to walk right out of anything that doesn't. Now for comfort while walking, they're wonderful. While they, obviously, aren't designed for hiking, I have walked all over several stores in them and was amazed at how long I was able to walk (I'm still working on my distance tolerance). Whenever I'm out really working on my walking, I still have to wear a sturdy pair of shoes, but these are so comfortable, as sandals, I'm hoping to get another color. So far, they're the best ones I've found.
These sandals are so comfortable, no breaking in needed. These will look cute with jeans or capris. The perfect heel height
I couldn't wait to write this review! This sandal is EVERYTHING they say it is and More! I wear a size 9 Wide and found this sandal just barely covered the bottom of my feet so I returned and ordered a half size larger. The fit is so much better! The soles are extremely comfortable and actually make you feel like you are walking on pillow top foam. I have a high arch and have dealt with planter faciiates and this sandal is actually comfortable! There is a velcro strap at the heel which comfortably secures your foot into place for just the right fit. No shifting of feet within the sandal. You can actually walk comfortably on this sandal for hours without foot irritation of any kind making it "perfect" for travel! Rarely do I find a sandal that actually looks this good and offers this kind of comfort! The dark navy color will compliment any color you put it with. And the bow on the front of the sandal is not over-stated but offers that bit of cuteness to the sandal. You won't go wrong with this sandal. Just think about ordering a half size up if you want a little more space in the heel area. Hope this helps all of you who are hesitant in ordering this sandal. You won't be disappointed!
I didn’t send them back, but I am not as pleased with this pair as I have felt about the majority of my Clarks/Cloud-steppers. This style leaves the top of the foot uncovered having straps over the ball of your feet, and again around the ankle. I have a pair of Cloud-steppers that I absolutely love. That pair has elastic fabric over the foot from the ankle to the ball of the foot, leaving only my toes seen. That pair doesn’t have a sculpted footbed either, but the foot isn’t seen. My foot appears wide and flat wearing this new pair, which isn’t flattering.The pair of shoes are super comfortable, as well as really cute with the printed fabric used for the strap near the toes. I’m not sure why the market doesn’t buy the cloud-steppers. I absolutely love the “one strap” pair with the fabulous stability it provides. You really can’t beat Clark’s and Cloudsteppers for comfort!!.
Just purchased my second pair after wearing the first pair out with nearly daily wear. Very comfortable on my feet very supportive. Size 7 fits me perfectly. Great to walk in for more than short distances.
