These shoes are very stiff. I ordered wide width based on other reviews and I am glad I did. There are little padded cushions in the back of the shoe to protect your heel; but they rub and gave me blisters. Hope they break in because they are cute!

Very snug and stiff
Super cute shoes love the color and style BUT the are way tight in the toes and killed my heel. I would have returned them but I’m not sure they accept worn shoes and the blood from rubbing my heel wasn’t coming out.
The only thing that's comfortable is the memory foam insert. They cut the front of my foot near the toe, they squeeze my toes in, and cut the back of my heel. I've never had a pair of flats that are this uncomfortable. I have heels more comfortable than these!
These would be amazingly comfortable if they didn't have those 2 "pads" that aren't pads on the heel. I had blisters within an hour... and I was sitting down!
The toe is so much longer and pointier that I expected. It's a very stiff shoe.
I would order half a size up. I had to return mine and reorder them in the next half size. The toe area is small and the ankle support cushions take up some space. They are super comfortable once in the right size and are super cute.
