I was so pleased to have them a week after ordering them (even amid the busy December shopping season). They arrived at my door in heavy plastic packaging, with the shoe box tucked inside. The shoe box was not damaged in any way. The shoes (in the box) were wrapped in paper and had packing in the toes to keep them sturdy.Product: The shoes are just as pictured, the exact color. The leather is soft and pliable, and the soles are very sturdy. I tried both of them on and walked around in them a bit. They are true to size and comfy. They make my feet look smaller than they are. They seem to be very good quality.Overall: These are worth the price, and my shopping experience was very good. I have already purchased a second pair of shoes from this vendor, and will continue to shop from them given the excellent service and great product!
