2nd pair, love this sporty casual shoe. Unique design on outer side. Very comfortable and versatile
A size 10 just a little too short couldn't wear for more than an hour. I felt that I had worn them too much to send them back and return window had closed.. Have given them to a friend and ordered a size 11. Fingers crossed. I love this shoe and admired them on my daughter in law who has a much smaller foot than I.2 days later: Size 11 have arrived and fit nicely! So happy to have ordered this wonderful shoe. Life is short and foot comfort is very important!
I had to hunt for these shoes, but I really wanted them! Tried them on in a store, but they didn't have the red in my size. Good thing I was able to try them on in another color, though, because the sizing isn't consistent with USA sizing. I took a look on Amazon next, and there they were! I could get the size I needed and the color red that I wanted. They are so comfortable! I need support in the heel area and these have that cushiony insole. Love the color!

I ordered a size 9, which is marked on the shoes as an EU 39 — this is almost always my correct size. (For me, European sizes are less variable than US sizes.) The shoes look great and are fun: I love the red color. They seemed to fit well enough when I got them, though they were not at all tight — and now I’m thinking that perhaps they should have been tight to start out, since they stretched quickly. I have had to put a thick innersole in them to keep them from flopping loosely when I walk. I still like them and think they look great — I’ve gotten lots of compliments — and they are comfortable though the innersole is a little warm. But I am thinking of buying another pair in another fun color, and if I do, I’ll give size 8 a try, if I can get a pair on Prime with free returns; and if I can’t, I’ll go to an actual shoe store so that I can try them on.
A new friend on a cruise was wearing these and I loved them. Consequently, I ordered a pair. I usually wear size 8 or 8 1/2, but she told me to order big so I ordered size 9. They were too tight. No half sizes so I ordered size 10. They fit great. I ordered latte and love them. I read they stretch so time will tell, but size 9 would never have fit, even with stretching. If it helps, I wear size 8 Vionics and size 9 Oofos and OnCloud sneakers. (I originally ordered gray size 9 and can't seem to update that info.)
Read title. My 3rd pair ( wedgewood blue, orange w/ red & the chartreuse shown.). Well crafted & designed - someone knew what they were doing! I wear them for golf, every day & they’re WASHABLE ! TKS, AH
The Ilse Jacobsen tulip shoe has become my every day/most occasion shoe. I have a very high instep and have trouble finding shoes that stretch across the top of my foot without putting pressure on the bone. The thick, padded soles conform to my foot, allowing me to walk around all day in comfort. I now own them in several colors. They are lightweight and easily packed for travel. They are even machine washable.
