The cross straps are not tight and the back ones are adjustable.
I like the colour scheme of this sandal and the general fit. My biggest issue that rated it a 3-star is that the footbed is not flexible at all. It is like walking with snowshoes attached to my feet. So, good for a night out but not so good for hiking or long walks.
Very comfortable. Bought them for a vacation and was able to hike through waterfalls and beach trails comfortably. I never thought my feet and says a lot!
This water sandal is stylish, and the ankle strap is comfortable, padded with something like neoprene, and is what allows the sandal to be secured. The webbing part is a bit rougher and can't be adjusted. Initially, it seemed loose, although when wearing all day it does start to rub in parts. May need to break in either the sandal or my feet.
