I have a regular, medium/B width foot and wear size 7 thru 8 depending on the style and brand of shoe. I've ordered this lovely shoe about six times between Amazon and another site. Have ordered from size 6, my size from the other site (way too small), to size 7 according to Karl Lagerfeld Paris site (pinched my toes), to size 8 (MUCH too long), to size 7.5 (perfect length), which painfully pushed down on my big toes. This shoe isn't narrow from side to side in terms of width. It's narrow from top to bottom, pushing painfully DOWN on the toes. That would surely cause ingrown toenails. I don't know for sure, but me thinks these shoes are irregularly sized and that's why they are priced so low. Too bad because they are gorgeous. Just can't get them to fit comfortably no matter what size I try. *sigh* Such a disappointment.
Soft, comfortable, runs small - it size 10 fits normal 9. Leather outside, artificial inline and sole.

I had wanted these shoes for a long time so when they were on Amazon for $39.99 I couldn't pass it up. I order a size larger than normal because I am on my feet a lot when grooming and showing dogs. These were a lot smaller than expected and I had to return them, sadly.
The shoe didn't run true to size, it runs small, I wear 7- 71/2 and usually most shoes in 71/2 runs to big, so I purchased 71/2 in this shoe and it was too tight and ran short.
