Absolutely love these sandals. I have two pairs - a black pair I purchased 2 years ago and still wear all the time, and a silver threads pair purchased last week. My feet are very sensitive, so comfortable shoes are a must. I also am a teacher, so at work I'm on my feet much of the day. These sandals are perfect. They're cute, comfortable, and they last. They require very little breaking in - they felt like a dream within a couple hours. They can dress up or down, and they go with everything from shorts to jeans to skirts and dresses. They might be pricey, but to me, these sandals are worth every penny!They do run a little narrow, which works for me because many sandals are too roomy for my slightly narrow feet. I wear regular width shoes, but do better with shoes that run a little narrow, like these. I wear a 10.5-11 and the 42 fits perfectly.
If you have problem feet- bunions, high arches or sensitivity, these sandals may solve your concerns for summertime comfort. The leather straps are soft and the ankle strap is adjustable for a perfect fit. The sueded footbed is well cushioned, yet supportive. The sizing can be tricky and after reading other reviews, I followed their lead and ordered a size up as I am in-between (7.5) The 8-8.5 fit perfectly. With so many color offerings, the likelihood of ordering another pair is high.
These sandals are very comfortable. The straps and insole are so soft. I’m usually size 8.5. These come size 8-8.5 and the fit perfectly. They’re very nice looking and nothing rubs against my skin. You get what you pay for.
Other reviewers warn this is a narrow sandal.This is an accurate statement.Love the style, and love NAOT, so I gave them a try regardless, as I have a thin foot.First pair I ordered was a 39, my usual sandal size in European. Too short. Too tight.Second pair was a 40. Length was perfect, but still just the tiniest bit too tight around the toe area.Otherwise, I absolutely love this sandal. Footbed cradles and supports. Very flattering.Wanted to love and keep this sandal as my go-to summer flat, but know it would not be comfortable for walking due to how constricting it felt. Was very sad to send these back.
My friend recommended Naot shoes, but friends always give advice. I tried a pair that were on sale, and with quick delivery, I had them the next day. OMG...my feet pain was gone because of the arch support. I wore them to a State fair, so you know how grueling walking can be in 100 degree weather. No problem! I was exhausted, but not my feet. They are the best sandals, bare none, that I have ever owned. I already bought a second pair and anxiously wait to see the cute style and awesome fit. You MUST try them! A friend giving a friend advice.
I love Naot shoes. I’ve had four pairs before this one. At first, I loved these. They felt great on my feet and looked good with any outfit I paired them with. Then the back pain came. I thought maybe the problem was me and not the shoes. Not wanting to waste the $144 I spent, I gave these to a friend. She had the exact same back pain after just 2.5 hours of wearing them at home! It took two days for her to recover. My back still hurts after a week of not wearing them. At this point, I’ve spent more money on chiropractic visits and massages to try to relieve the pain these shoes caused than I initially spent on the shoes.
I absolutely love, my NAOT sandals that I brought on a trip to London and Paris last August. So when I saw this style, I wanted to try it out. However, these do not fit the same at all. The label says narrow, which the footbed is. But the straps are quite wide considering and it doesn't hold my foot in the footbed very well. I actually don't truly have a narrow foot. I have more of a medium foot so anyone who is actually narrow is really going to struggle with these sandals. They're really cute. Footbed feels great but I feel like they don't stay on my feet very well with the wider fitting straps.
Bought these for a trip to France. They were perfect, comfortable…runs a little narrow.
