These slides are comfortable, really cute, great thick leather that has not stretched out and the blue is a soft light blue, great with jeans or shorts. I also got them in black. True to size.
I really love the shoe, but the shoes are too wide. I thought to place shoe grippers in the soles of the shoe. I don't believe that would solve the problem, may try to purchase a smaller size if I decide to reorder.
I sized down 1/2 a size after reading reviews. I was nervous upon receiving them as they seemed too small. I wore them for a few days and broke them in. I did get blisters at first but once I broke them in they are super comfy and I’m glad I sized down 1/2 a size
I love the look of these! Sam Edelman makes some of my favorite sandals. They fit my feet well which are narrow and kind of long after having three kids my arches are kind of shot. Lol! They are comfortable and look nice with a variety of outfits. I've worn them with dresses, jean shorts, kakhi capri pants and plan to pair them with some Lily Pulitzer over the Summer with pops of teal. The look and comfort is 5 stars!The sound is well, um, not 5 stars. My husband told me I might not be able to wear them in public. It sounds like little farts when I walk quickly in them and I'm a fast walker. Lol! I will say that after wearing them several times it was not AS loud as the first wear/walk around my house. I mean, I certainly wasn't going to keep them to check my mail, I wanted to wear them out! Despite the not so lovely sound(s) I did keep them and have not gotten any strange looks whilst out. Haha! I also have tried not to speed walk in them. I'm not sure if perhaps it's because my feet are rather thin, or its the fabric of the soles.Overall I like and recommend them, just be mindful and don't go on a first date or the library for your first wear. Love these shoes so much I bought them in 4 colors and each color is beautiful. They are a little heavy but made so well. Def my favorite sandals for summer. For me they ran big my normal shoe size is a 6 but I had to exchange all of them for a 5 1/2.

Way too tight, small, and uncomfortable
I wanted slides that have thicker soles for long walks for a planned trip. These slides were the perfect choice. It looks good and seems great quality in pictures.Upon receiving: the sole is amazing. A little heavy but that’s expected with good material. The strap…I expected soft braided leather…nope. The braids are so tightly woven that it makes the strap stiff. These may be better for larger sizes but for 5.5, the strap is so wide that I wasn’t able to walk without the strap trying to break my metatarsals. Returning.
