TOMS commits ⅓ of their profits in support of grassroots good, partnering with organizations at the local level to boost mental health, increase access to opportunity, and end gun violence. TOMS Shoes was founded in 2006 by Blake Mycoskie. The shoe is a unique slip-on design comprised of clean lines and lightweight fabrics in vibrant colors and prints. TOMS was founded when Blake was inspired on a trip to Argentina by the traditional, rope-soled Argentine "alpargata." He was struck by the poverty and health issues of the country, and set out to reinvent the alpargata for the U.S. market, and in doing so to accomplish one goal: Making life more comfortable for those without shoes. To realize this purpose, Blake made a commitment to match every pair of TOMS purchased with a donation of a pair to a child in need. It's simple: If you buy a pair of TOMS, the company will give a pair to someone in need on your behalf. During its first year in business, TOMS sold 10,000 pairs of shoes, and Blake returned to Argentina to lead his first annual Shoe Drop during which he donated to the children who had inspired him. TOMS Shoes are now available in multiple colors and fabric combinations for men, women and a recently introduced line for children, aptly titled Tiny TOMS.

Very nice. True to size. Comfortable.
Size related: I have very narrow and long feet, 6.5 is what I wear in most other brands and I feel that these are true to size. I don’t know how they compare to regular toms (I coincidentally only buy Toms lined with the shearling).Color related: super light beige, see photo taken next to white beddingFirst time buying shoes off amazon. Happy with my purchase.
They are breathable and durable. They are a little tight and I still need to work them in. I got a blister on my heel the first two times wearing them, but they are slowly fitting better.
They are super cute and lightweight. They go with everything and pretty easy to put on. The back of the shoe/heal is a little stiff and because of that when you are wearing them for longer periods of times without socks they rub and hurt, so I recommend socks, they are very comfortable without them.
These are nice quality. They look cute and are extremely comfortable. SO easy to wash by just tossing in the washing machine.
Got these for a holiday party that I wanted my whole outfit to be Christmas flamingo themed. I bought both the 10 and 11 - I’m usually a 10 but the last alpargatas I bought took a while to stretch and I got some blisters. Plus I was worried about wearing with socks. The 10s ended up being perfect with or without socks. I will say the fuzzy doesn’t add as much warmth as I’d hoped but I still love these!
These shoes are comfortable out of the box. They are lined adding to the comfort! As with all Tom’s, order 1/2 size smaller than what you usually wear.
I love the shoes, but even though I ordered a half size up, they are so tight around the back of the heel, I was bleeding by the end of the first day and haven't been able to wear them since.
