TOMS, founded in 2006 by Blake Mycoskie, began with a simple yet powerful idea: with every pair of shoes purchased, a new pair would be given to a child in need. This One for One® model revolutionized the footwear industry, establishing TOMS as a brand with a social conscience.
TOMS prioritizes social responsibility alongside creating comfortable and stylish shoes. They focus on ethical production practices and giving back to communities through their One for One® program and additional impact initiatives. TOMS also offers a wide range of styles for men, women, and children, ensuring there's a perfect pair for everyone.
So comfortable and cute. I wear Toms all the time but these are first with bow! Did I say CUTE???
Love these cute and classic shoes! I have to say initially when I tried to put the shoe on, they didn’t fit! I was sure I would need to return them. My feet are size 10 and it was like I was trying to fit into a size 9. I squeezed my feet into them and wore them around the house for a bit and whamo, they fit like a glove in a very comfortable way. So the lesson here is if they seem too small, wear them a bit and they will loosen up! They go with everything and are now my Fall go -to shoe!
Perfect for all day wear. Feet friendly 😜
These Tom's are great this is my second pair and I am addicted . I bought these for colder weather around the house but they are cute enough and comfortable enough to ware out of the house too . Going to order another pair these are great .
Pretty good slip ons. I can wear them for long durations and they are comfortable. I wish the material wasn't so rough though.
The only thing missing in this to make it 💯 is arch support and I'll buy me some, but this shoes is soft, fits perfectly, I'm size 12 and bought 12 and it was like I sent and made them just for me, this is the best shoes I've ever bought 💖
Always perfect!
Upon first look, I was mostly satisfied with this pair of TOMS. I received them quickly and, considering how worn-in my other pairs were becoming, I was excited to open the box to see the crisp, untouched pair of Alpargatas. This excitement was dampened a touch when, even in considerably bright indoor light, the color appeared slightly darker than the product photo. That may sound silly considering the description includes "black," but so had a previous pair of black twill chambray TOMS. Comparing the over-all medium to dark charcoal color that the pattern created with that of the herringbone "up close"/zoomed-in, it seemed as though the two pairs would be similar in shade.Nope. Small thumbnails of the shoe probably give buyers a more accurate representation the color. The herringbone pattern was denser than I anticipated from the picture. With the dramatically higher ratio of black to white, what would be a pattern more so translates to flat, woven texture. The metallic element was also more obvious and less consistent throughout the material compared to previous purchases. (I wouldn't quite say "patchy," but whatever it is, isn't far from it.) I had ordered them online, though. The color was slightly off? Fair enough.More bothersome was how they fit -- or didn't. When I said they looked "crisp," well, they *felt* crisp-y. In trying them on to decide whether or not I'd return the shoes, I might have winced a time or two at how hard, how inflexible, they felt against the back of my heel. I wasn't sure they'd break in like most of TOMS more original styles. But, having purchased a variety of the brand's shoes with general success, I was inclined to go with probability over instinct, or what might have just been me being too picky. That wasn't a terrible mistake, but I wouldn't make the same decision today. Aesthetically, I hadn't been fully pleased with them from the start, and they remain my least favorite pair to date. (I've been a TOMS customer for over 10 years -- yep, oldness over here.) And, they've aged poorly. Just shy of a year and a half's use, they're fully frayed at the front and at random seams on each "foot" (the left and right haven't worn symmetrically at all). Even further, there are parts that still feel tight, un-stretched, yet-to-conform or break in as is typical with these types of TOMS.TLDR/in summary, yes, I'll still buy from the brand. Am I as apt to do so? Naw. These have been awkward and, were I reviewing reviews, weighing these among my options, I'd go with an alternative or continue searching elsewhere.
