I really wanted to keep these sandals, I ordered them in my usual size (8.5B), But when I put them on my feet there was a huge amount of surplus sandal in the front. It was going to be a tripping hazard and it also looked strange. It seems as though the straps were holding my foot back too far in the sandal so that my foot wasn't properly centered on the footbed. The sandals themselves appear to be very well made and high quality, but the fit just wasn't there. I don't have extra wide feet or anything like that. I do have a bit of a high arch, but not super high. Anyway, I decided against trying a smaller size because I suspect it has something to do with the straps as I said above, so I returned the sandals for a refund.
Nice shoe, well made, too right on toe box
Toe strap is too small and I already had ordered 1/2 size up. Seems like this is a common issue with TOMS women’s sandals
