These shoes are comfortable right out of the box and they have arch support! I am thrilled. I've been trying to find a comfortable work flat for months now. A simple classic style with no gewgaws or stupid ornamentation. Perfect!
I ordered the Darcey Ballet Flat by Trotters in a 10.5 Narrow. I have other Trotters in the 10.5N which are snug on my heel. When I tried this shoe on it felt comfortable but the heel was so wide the shoe slipped off my heel and I couldn't walk in them. It is an attractive shoe and looks well made so if you have a wider heel it would be a great shoe. Very disappointed to return because it is a nice looking shoe.
Nice looking shoe but needs a deeper toe box. I returned it.
These are classy looking shoes. So far they seem very comfortable. I tried one size smaller based on reviews that said they run large, but had to exchange them for my usual size. After receiving a pair in my size, I bought five colors.
This is second pair of this style that I purchased. The first pair I gave away because the left shoe was larger than the right shoe and I was afraid I would fall. Now this second pair is the same problem. I usually like Trotter shoes but not these, unfortunately. I will give away this second pair as well because I did wear them only to find out the problem.
These shoes are PERFECT flats...with excellent arch support for longer, lower arches. Very nice to wear at work. Goes with skirts and slacks alike.
The shoes are very nice and I usually wear a wide in size 9 in this style shoe, but they were just a ½ size too big. They were very comfortable, but the the stylist gave me a color I have no use for. I would have taken them in a smaller size in blue or black but they are not available. I would like to have these shoes if I could find the the right size and color.
Sent it back. Too bad - I liked the shoe.
