Love finding a narrow width in daily shoe. Ordered my normal size and wore them all day straight from the box.
The shoe is very nice but too large. I'd like to exchange it for one half size down but the process is proving to be a bear. No ability to 'exchange' via Amazon but you are referred to call. One phone listed is constantly busy and the other not in service! Sounds fishy. Automated assistant on Amazon responded it can not email the vendor. What to do now? You might say, just return it and order again? That would be an easy fix but they have doubled the cost. DOUBLED the cost of the same pair of shoes since I placed the order just over a week ago. I SMELL A RAT. Don't buy from this vendor unless you can be sure the shoes will fit.
