Trotters womens Dea, Nude, 8 Wide

I am so happy to find the Trotters brand that provides comfort and stylish beauty in one! I have two pairs of this style shoe and am considering buying more! The shoe is so comfortable with the tapered square toe box and full width heel that provides good support. The leather/cloth upper is just georgous with the marriage of a reptile looking fabric that has a bit of a golden sheen and the bronze toe and heel. The strap is adjustable. The foot bed is cushy for the heel and ball of foot. The inside of the shoe is nice and smooth and can be worn with or without stockings. The first day I wore these shoes, they were on my feet for six hours and I could have worn them much longer. No pinching, no rough seems, no tender spots. Thank you Trotters! BTW - I cannot find this style anywhere in the town I live in, and online, Amazon has the best prices and best return policy. Regarding size, I wear between an 8.5 and 9M in all my shoes (8.5 if toes are open), so I purchased these in 9M since the heel strap is adjustable. I am very happy with this purchase - and the other pair I bought in a pewter/snake color.

I read most of the reviews and was prepared to like my new shoes and so I ordered three pairs. I selected a half size larger than I usually wear. I wanted a shoe that I could walk in comfortably and yet look and feel right in style! The first pair arrived around noon and I anxiously tried them on immediately. They felt like new shoes, a little stiff, but not uncomfortable and so I forgot about them and continued my day. Later that evening as I started to end my day, I realized that I still had on my brand new Trotters. They were so comfortable that I forgot that I was still wearing them. And the next best part was that I had two more colors yet to arrive. A wide choice of colors, quality real leather,comfortable immediately and moderately priced ! What more could I ask for now? Thank you Amazon for such good service and thank you trotters for such good product. A galaxy of stars or at least five.

I wore the shoes for the first time yesterday, but for an occasion which did not require a lot of walking or standing. The shoes were very comfortable. The lining is very soft and even though I wore them without nylons, but my feet did not get too hot. The color is more tan than taupe and I would say they run ever so slightly short and a speck wide. I purchased an 8.5 slim which is my usual size and it was right for me. The sides gap just a little, more because of the lining thickness than anything else. These are cute shoes and appear to be well made. I got an excellent deal on them, so they are well worth the price I paid.

Shoes arrived on time, in perfect brand new condition, and exactly as pictured, including color. I normally wear size 7 in Trotters but these were a tiny bit small. The toe box was a perfect, comfortable fit but my heel hung off the back edge by 1/4". Consider ordering 1/2 size up, although that might be too big. But if the wonderful free shipping and return offer is still available, then there's no harm in trying. Even though the shoe was slightly too short for my foot, they were extremely comfortable wearing around the house (due to open heel) as expected with Trotters. Had to return because too small.

Vinyl fabric upper looks inexpensive. Nice style but I sent these back because they were my correct size ordered but to small. Also the total appearance was not flattering

I love the shoe and it is comfortable although just slightly small for size. I ordered the black and gold but I am going to return them - the gold is much shinier than it looks in the picture, it's really bright to like a gold lamé. The photo looked more subtle and so this is not going to work for my purposes, but would be a cute dressier shoe. When I reorder in a different color, I am going to order a half size up as well.

I love the leather and patent black shoes: they are very comfortable, and the heel is a great height for walking and being a little dressed up, but the patent leather, croco print, did not fit the same. I tried two sizes : 8/5 and 9, both Narrow, and they just did not fit the same as the ones I already had. I ordered these within a couple of weeks and was really surprised that the fit was not more consistent. I am continuing to wear and enjoy the leather/patent style, but had to return the patent/croco style. It was disappointing.
