I love the quality & class of Vaneli shoes. They MAY run a tiny bit large. The leather is very soft & good quaility.
I replaced the navy shoes just like them. I really like the way they look and feel. They do not give great arch support but I have extreme arch so use an insert anyway. I had worn the previous pair out.
Toe box was too tight. An 8 1/2 narrow, which is my normal size, was too short. I returned them.
You just cannot beat Van Eli quality and value. Unlike so many "throwaway" shoes that are out there that last a season or so, Van Eli shoes last and last. I have worn this brand for years and I believe that I still have every single pair of Van Eli shoes I have ever bought. They are that beautifully styled and so well made. This shoe is a classic style that works with skirts or slacks. I particularly like the height of the heels--not to0 low and not too high--just right.
The size 6B was in error; it was at most a 5 narrow width. I liked the shoe design and would order another pair if I was guaranteed that the size was accurate.

These are graceful shoes in hard-to-find navy blue. They were also ridiculously cheap. However they were excessively narrow and had to be stretched for a long time. I didn't send them back because of the price, but I haven't worn them more than once, so I wish I had just sent them back. I do think I will get more wear out of them in the cooler days as they do best with knee-his. Vanelli can be difficult--I got an adorable pair of white shoes this summer but they had to be a half size longer and then lined with a footpad. Now they are perfect. Vanelli has great styles, one just has to work with their sizing.
