Hard to get on.
Who hard to get into in the beginning.
normally wear a mens 12 (even in the low top version of this) but it suggested an 11-11.5 and they fit nice. I really like the shoe, it gives me a old school vans vibe, but much more cushion. Granted I just got them today, at this point, I have no complaints
I have several pairs of Ecco sneakers and they are all comfortable and beautiful. I expected these to be in the same family, but I've been very disappointed.The material looks and feels like cheap imitation leather. They are extremely difficult to put on unless you loosen them substantially and use a shoehorn. Tightening and loosing the laces is also difficult.After wearing them for a week, I'm starting to feel places on my feet where the shoes are rubbing and causing blisters. I tried tightening up the laces but there are hard materials in the shoe that make it hurt when pulled tight. The Ecco shoes I like were all made in Slovakia. These are the first pair made in Thailand. Not sure if that makes a difference, but these seem more like shoes from Payless than Ecco.Two stars because I've gotten compliments on the appearance of the shoes, but they are miserable to wear. These will definitely be the last Ecco shoes I buy.
These run a little large which I was actually hoping for since I remove the padding and add my own support inserts to all my shoes anyway. These are very comfortable, but like I said, I do use my own supports and never even walked around with the included set. You will need a shoehorn if you want to get them on quickly. The leather is matte black, they look great. They don't seem to want to get creases. These might have the best tread on wet surfaces of anything that I currently own. These are supposed to be water resistant, but I haven't been in heavy rain yet to attest to that.
Very comfortable and sturdy. Highly recommend.
Extremely comfortable I do not like a work boot that has padding around the collar it always rubs my ankle and is uncomfortable, however this pair of shoes feels like a sneaker but is thicker and heavier has no padding around the collar I work in trucking in and around dirt parking lots and gravel parking lots climbing in and out of trucks and trailers warehouses and docks if you need a comfy pair of solid shoes you have arrived.( be advised they are not steel toe)
I like the ECCO quality and design.
