I have a small, but wide foot, due to bunions. For years I wore the Life Walker.& loved the fit, durability & price! I cannot buy Propet anymore anywhere in the Twin Cities, so have to order them, now. I called Propet & was told this is the replacement for disc. Life Walker & the only Propet shoe w/the same last. They arrived looking misshapen. Cost was about $30 more than Life Walker & this shoe does not seem as well-made. It also seems wide toward the heel, about 3/4 back from front edge. I'm doing OK w/them & dealing but I object to paying so much more for a shoe that is not as good as the less expensive disc. one. Comfort: is OK, but not as good as Life Walker. One improvement: The rubber sole bottom edge seems not as porous as the Life Walker's so does not stain as badly especially on right foot (from driving)....if this is descriptive enough to be understood.
These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoe I have had. No breaking them in. I am very pleased with them. Propet makes a very nice shoe.
I shattered my ankle and leg in six places a couple years ago so it's extremely difficult to find shoes that don't aggravate something. These were it. Good support, comfortable and good looking on top. The only reason for the four stars is fit. They were fine for me but they do run narrow so if you have a wider foot be careful with the size.
I've worn this shoe for over twenty years, and loved it. Then stores stopped carrying Propet. I was excited to see this on Amazon.com for a very reasonable price. I usually don't order anything from the Internet, but I needed a new pair. I ordered the same size I had, but when I received them I could tell just by looking at them that they were more narrow than the D width I've worn before(same brand, same W3840), and Sure enough, the tag says 7.5D, but wearing them is 7.5C. I was going to return them, but I had to pay for shipping, which made me very unhappy. So now I have a pair of new Propets that I probably won't get too much use of. That takes care of my ordering on-line anymore. I think I was more upset that Amazon.com would not stand behind a product that was sent from them, not the manufacturer.
Very comfortable shoes. I love that they are washable. Just take a damp cloth and wipe them off and they're just like new! I purchased the white shoes, and now am thinking I should get the black ones as well. I'm very pleased with these!
After two foot surgeries, this is the only shoe I wear for more than a few hours. They are comfortable, have good support, and they’re almost weightless. I have a bunch in various colors, and when they eventually look shabby they are my gardening shoes. I live in them year round.

I have spine problems and have had 3 spine surgeries to date, with more expected. Your lumbar can, VERY MUCH SO, ADVERSELY affect your feet, in a painful way. These were perfect for me as I'm a 6 2E, which is HARD to find and doesn't come cheaply. So while I wish I'd paid less, they worked for two recent LONG and GRUELING trips/events. I was VERY HAPPY to find that my custom made orthopedic inserts also fits perfectly once I removed the 'removable' insert they came with.
