I've only been wearing them for ten minutes but these SeaVees are the one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. They're super stylish and they don't fit as tight as a pair of low top Converse. The inside is padded on the bottom and feels as if you've got a little hop in your step; extremely relaxing. My favorite thing about this shoe is the grip from the rubber on the bottom. It kinda tells the ground whose boss and keeps you from worrying about slipping or tripping. I'm sure I'll be ordering more in a different color soon.
Best casual sneakers you can find
I really dig these shoes...I was looking for a low top shoe to wear casually that was something like a low top Converse Chuck Taylor, but just not those. I came across these and since the company dates back to the 1960s I thought they're worth giving a shot. I am not disappointed! They feel great on your feet while listening to Pet Sounds. Recommend.
Very comfortable shoe right out of the box - especially for those of us who like to go barefoot when we can. I try to find shoes without a built up heal or arch support so these work great for me. My only complaint is that they run on the snug side. Order at least a half size larger than you normally wear.
The design is pretty awesome. The shoe feels cheap and it is not comfortable at all. Think of molding a cardboard box and wearing it as a shoe.
Put these into my rotation, as I was looking for a replacement since Keds have stopped make men's shoes, and I enjoy the 'plimsoll' look but hate the way converse's feel. These are both comfortable and stylish, I really enjoy the looks of these with no-show socks and jeans. On to the bad though, as one other reviewer mentioned there was a gap between the fabric upper and the rubber sides from very early on. And after less than a year of light use, the sole is starting to separate from the bottom. I'd expect that from the $15 pair of shoes I got from 'Call It Spring', but when I bought these for $60? Absolutely not. At the price point it's currently at at the time of this review ($80)? No sale.I'll be trying to glue them back on, but I'd really have higher expectations for something at this price point.
Great look and they hold up well. The rubber sole peeled from the upper in a few places but superglue fixed instantly.
My feet measure 27 cm from heel to toe, so a 10 should've fit, but it looks like I'm going to need at least a 10.5, of not an 11. I normally wear 10s in other brands.
