I walk a minimum of four miles each day at the fastest pace possible for me, and these sneakers have been the best I’ve had for that purpose. I feel as though I’m practically defying gravity when I wear them: I can keep my fast pace going longer as I’m almost bouncing along in them . They are incredibly comfortable — like walking on marshmallows (minus the stickiness, of course) true to size, well made and a great price. I live in sneakers, and thus far I’ve found Skechers to be the most comfortable…and these are the most comfortable Skechers I’ve ever owned. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Sketchers has always been my go to for comfortable shoes but this particular style is a bit different. The shoe itself very well made however the fit is a bit off. First the sizing on most Sketchers run large so I always go down a 1/2 size and this pair was no exception. The issue for me was the very back of the shoe. It is very high and rubs against the back of my heal. After trying them on for less than 5 minutes I had a sore spot on my heal. That has never happened before. I compared this new pair with another I have and the the difference was extremely higher. Unfortunately I had to return them.
I ordered these shoes to take along on a two week trip to Scotland and Ireland. I wore them on the plane to Scotland and little did I know that I would wear these shoes daily for two straight weeks as our luggage carrying my extra shoes never arrived. We did a lot of walking and took many flights of stairs in castles and distillery tours. These shoes were so comfortable and I did not experience any discomfort or blisters. The black shoe and sole were a little dressy and also worked well for jeans and casual. I highly recommend these shoes!
I love skechers! These are my 4th pair I have purchased on Amazon. I was looking for a slip on shoe and ordered a pair (in my normal size 9). I do love the 'walking' comfort of these shoes and the fact that they have no laces. However, I wear 'no show' socks or sometimes no socks at all. Either way, they slip off my heel. I had to buy pads for the back of the shoe, and the pads hurt my Achilles tendon, so honeslty- I don't wear them to work anymore... just around the house. I should have exchanged them at the beginning but I had already put some wear on them. Just be aware that you MAY need to size down (unless you wear super thick socks).
Skechers have dominated the market for several years. The quality of this product, coming for foreign "shops" is better than expected. Great color to match my wardrobe and fit is perfect. Have several Skechers shoes and this pair is the newest in the group/design!
I have four pair of this style. I bought doubles in case Skechers discontinued the style in the future. The flexible upper is great for my bunion and I can feel the arch support. Be sure to check for arch support in Skechers. Some styles look a lot alike, but not all have the support. I don't wear socks with them and I haven't had any problem with hot, sweaty feet. I've worn them since June, practically everyday. I have the black and the taupe.
The shoes did not fit me ,I started the return process then my daughter tried them on and loved them ,She said they are the most comfortable she ever wore .
I walk 5 to 17 miles a day for my job. It's brutal. This is my 5th pair of the archfit slip on. I love them. I will never walk in any other shoes.
