These shoes fit comfortably which is a hard find for me. My feet feel stabilized and supported.
I have purchased several different brands of walking shoes over the years and I have to say these Vionics are the best for all day walking. Whether your walking for exercise or walking through the airport from Oklahoma to Okinawa, Japan these shoes truly have your back! Without a doubt the most comfortable sneaker I have found in a long time.
I normally wear an 8ww but the 8w fit perfectly and is the most comfortable walking sneaker I’ve ever worn
Add on review: The heals on this sneaker has started to disintegrate. This has happened to another pair of sneakers also. Very disappointing as this and the other sneaker are very comfortable.Comfortable for short walks ie 1-2miles. Fit perfectly even with my bunion. Nice looking.Not as comfortable as the Vionic Toyoko sneaker.
I own several Vionic sneakers and one pair very similar to this pair. The ones that I own were purchased before Vionic was sold to Caleres in 2018. I would purchase several pairs so when a pair would get old I would have backups. If I like something especially a sneaker, I will purchase 3 pairs in the same style and color doesn't matter.Since then, Vionic unfortunately is not the same and they are making the sneakers cheaper and smaller. I am a true size 7 always and I held up all my previous Vionic's that I own before the buyout and they are all a true size 7 and well made. This sneaker is much smaller, and it does not have the same supportive comfortable footbed. The arch support is fine, but the shoe runs short, and the foot bed is thin and hard. I returned this pair. I also purchased the same pair from Zappos just to make sure it wasn't a onetime issue and I had to return the size 7 for the same issues. Sizing is wrong and quality is not as good as in the past. The style of the sneaker I like a lot but they need to improve the quality and sizing.
As a senior with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis, I wear nothing but Vionic tennis shoes or flip flops. I was getting ready for foreign travel when I blew out my 2 year old tennis shoes. I ordered a new pair of Vionic tennis shoes> Without having to break them in, I hiked up and down mountains in Colombia without any issues.
I was diagnosed with diabetes 4 years ago. It was time to get serious about my health. Walking was my choice exercise. These are my only walking shoe. I literally wear them out ( I walk 4-5 miles a day). Great arch support and a nice toe box so my toes don't get squished and no blisters. I like the tie laces so I can adjust how tight I want them. I will not buy any other shoe. Great price - these usually cost over $100
I have been wearing Vionic for years, since they were Orthaheel. This pair are not up to snuff. I have flat feet, I pronate, and I have bunions. The toe box gives plenty of secure room for me, however the footbed in no way feels like it should. I still pronated as if I was not wearing support at all. The shoe itself is very light, which adds to the problem of support. It is not sturdy enough to hold your foot in.There is room in the shoe to add another insole, but that defets the purpose of buying these shoes in the first place. Again, the sides of the shoe wouldn't support it anyway.The color is so very cute and I wanted to love these I would have settled for liking them a lot. Sadly, after wearing them for a week (which is how long a new pair of Vionic always takes me to adjust to, the balls of my feet are in such agony, I had to miss a day of work, because I couldn't be on my feet. Vionic really dropped the ball on these shoes. I am left unsure if I want to continue as a vionic customer with any other of their shoes.
