BM shoes are hit and miss in all categories and rarely worth the list price. These are lovely, with nice detailing, but are at least a half size too big... Strange. I got a different pair recently in my normal size and they're like gloves. I'm waiting on the smaller size of these, and hoping they'll be perfect, too.
I bought these at a marvelous discount (thanks Amazon!), but they would have been worth it even if I paid full price. They fit like a glove (just remember to buy a half-size up) and are comfy for pumps (thanks to the platform). The color (purple/teal) is beautiful and I received plenty of compliments on these. Also, the fabric is well-made in that the sparkle doesn't flake off like glitter would.Quality and beauty - in one perfect package.
I am absolutely in love with these shoes and the price was perfect! there are some glue stains on the sole where the heel connects to the bottom of shoe but you can only see it if you turn the shoe upside down while not wearing it. My sister tried them on and found they can be VERY painful where the seam of the peep toe pushes against your toe because the seam cannot stretch. So if you have wide or chubby toes this is NOT going to work for you. These do slip off my heels, sizing is fine but there is not enough shoe itself to reach the top of my heel to keep if from slipping. Some heel inserts will fix that issue though. So put all that aside this shoe is !!GORGEOUS!! with more padding than I expected and even though it's a very high shoe I find them easy to walk in. :D
The heels reflected the metallic as one silver and one gold. Luckily my husband noticed the difference in color before I wore these to my daughter's wedding. Too bad because they were comfortable and stylish and matched my dress perfectly. I ordered a second pair and that pair had the same issue. I can't imagine the manufacturer intended the heels to look different from each other but I chalked it up to poor quality control.
I wanted to love these, and tried every which way to make them fit.... I am a true 8.5... not a shoe in my closet is larger or smaller. However, these were terribly mis-sized. The toe bed was very, very narrow, and after only walking around my house for about 1/2 an hour or so, my feet were numb and throbbing!!! I am willing to suck it up and deal with shoe pain, but I literally couldn't even stand idly in them, let alone try to leave my house and wear them out.Unfortunately, they had to go back. I'm not even sure a 9 would have fit, which is why I am not repurchasing.
I ordered them for my daughters wedding. They looked beautiful the color was perfectly matching the dress, butI had to return them because the heel was to high. They would be uncomfortable to wear all evening.The return was so easy, and convient that I am still searching for another pair of shoes, and I am not worried to returnthem if I have too. Love these! They are sooo pretty! They were true to size. In different lights they look turquoise, magenta, and grey. Just beautiful! Of course they are painful- most heels are. But they really are some of the coolest looking heels I've ever seen!
I love the shoe and for the price you cant beat the savings BUT the shoe was to small. I wear a size 8 and the shoe was too tight. I did notice that the 1/2 size up was almost $180.00 more. I think maybe because they know the shoes are a bit tight and you will need to get the next size up. If I could afford it, I would purchase it but I dont have it like that. I am returning the shoe. Someone with a 7 to 7 1/2 size foot would be perfect for this shoe. :-(
