I have to wear covered shoes for work and am always looking for a shoe that meets this criteria; has a heel and is comfortable to walk around all day. Great shoe. Quality leather. Beautiful black color. Expect to get many years wear out of these beauties.
These shoes are like all my other perfectly fitting, size 8 Borns. Lightweight and ridiculously comfortable because of the soft leather upper, the awesome platform and the squishy supportive insole. And they are perfect for Fall! with their closed-toe and stocking/socks options. I’m currently a substitute teacher, while moving from my former career into being a full-time teacher. Unfortunately, the 4-inch heels I used to wear every day to work left me with weirdly picky feet (one with a bunion) that get really mad in the wrong shoes; I was also left with a bunch of long work slacks that need a minimum 3-inch heel to not drag on the floor. I am not a sub that sits down and my feet have no complaints!! They are my miracle shoes, until I get my pants hemmed and I retire them (shoes) for teaching. Then they are mine all mine! to wear with whatever, whenever!! Born may be expensive but they last forever and the comfort they offer with a 3-4 inch heel is like no other brand I’ve ever worn.
Good quality beautiful shoe but just wasn't what I needed
I love the quality of Born shoes and these did not disappoint. They give you a nice height and are comfortable and super cute. I love the blue color, it’s as neutral as wearing a pair of blue jeans. Great shoes for spring or fall.
Not only are they miss sized (by at the least a 1/2 size) each shoe fits different. Also scuffed. Will be returning. Really done buying any clothing items from amazon. Thanks. What a disappointment.
These shoes are super cute and comfortable. For some reason one shoe is tighter than the other one. Which is probably why it looks like they got returned twice. They also already show signs of scuffing. I’m a little irritated I paid full price and they sent used shoes so debating whether to keep them or return them.
Love the shoes but the rubber on the sole as already come loose after I only had worn them twice.
Earlier in the day, while helping set up for a wedding in my tennis shoes, I had twisted my ankle. So, I fully expected to have to abandon getting to wear these to the wedding, and planned to just rock my sneakers under a dress that was long enough to hide them.Lo and Behold these were SO comfortable that I still got to wear them, and they actually maybe even provided a bit more ankle support than my reeboks did? I do have to admit it was a HOT/Sweaty day and the leather color did bleed onto my skin a bit, but it washed off easy enough...
