Love these shoes; they are a grt fit for my hard to find size 10.5 feet. This navy & white loafer is at least my 4th pair of various colors / styles ( most are slip-on's). These were my go-to summer shoes this year and looked as smart by the end of the season as the 1st day I wore them. I find Cole H has a grt fit and seem to be exactly true to size. They can be a bit expensive (not nearly as bad as some brands) but are worth every penny. ALso, I have good luck finding them on sale. THey are stylish & supportive if I am on my feet all day. I hope they never change their Cole Haan production formula because they are one the few brand (I dare say only brand, other than sports shoes) that I can count on for , fit , style, support for my high arch! Luv , luv , luv these shoes as well as my previous Cole Haan purchases.
I exchanged the size 9 M ,for an 8.5 M ,and the shoe fits much better . It must have been the style of shoes to make it so much larger than all the 9 M I have worn in the past . I read the reviews on this shoe . Some said they ran large and some said it was just right . Well for me the usual size was too large . I wear a size 8.5 M in this shoe . I don't really know what to tell you ,other than try it . The shoes feels great , and such a stylish shoe . I bought it for casual wear . I can wear this shoe for hours ,and they still feel comfortable . If I could afford to purchase another pair , I would . I liked the white leather or silver .Stella
After reading the reviews before purchasing them, shoes are far more comfortable than I expected. I'veworn them to work where I am on my feet all day long and my feet feel great at the end of the day. So great I bought another pair as a Christmas present for a family member. EXCELLENT QUALITY SHOE!!!****2/19/20 update: Loved the shoe so much ordered another pair. HOWEVER the delivery this time was HORRIBLE. The package was basically left thrown on the ground at my easily accessible condo complex community mailboxes. The previous shoe purchase was responsibly left infront of my door. Glad I made it home in time enough to go check my mailbox b/c this would've been stolen!!!! VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE AMAZON(or whoever sold these)...
I've always worn 6 - 6.5 regular. Ordered the 6.5 size. These run too narrow and I can't wear them for more than an hour before my feet start cramping. Very well made and will probably be comfortable once they're stretched out a bit. The blue is a little brighter than it looked on my screen. More "cornflower blue" and less "faded denim". Looking forward to wearing them more once they don't hurt!
I ordered a 12 because the 11 I tried in-store was a tad too short and definitely too narrow. Fit on the 12 was a bit narrow at the widest part of my foot on the first day, but it molded to my foot well afterwards. However, they slipped off my heel on the first step and I had to add cushy gel inserts that filled up the whole shoe to keep them from coming off. I really needed an 11.5 in terms of length but few brands bother to make that size. Otherwise I love the streamlined look of them compared to other loafers or slip ons which tend to make my large feet appear larger.
This is my second pair of Cole Haan Nantucket loafers. They are the most comfortable walking shoes ever. They start off a bit snug but once you've worn them 2-3 times, they form beautifully to your foot and are just the most comfortable ever. Cushy footbed/insole that's removable. Quality leather that holds up and gets softer. I have wide feet, but not wide enough to need to purchase these in wide width, and these fit my feet well
Yes, very classy shoe. Fits perfectly and I can walk in them all day. This is my second pair. I hope they get the other colors back in as I would buy one in every color.
Overall a quality shoe and very cute, but I had to perform numerous modifications to make them wearable. The primary problem was the heel, which slipped off and dug in to the point of causing a big blister on both sides. I switched out the footbed for a more comfortable one and put in heel cushions to remedy the slipping and digging, and now I can wear them without pain or blisters. They look deceptively comfortable -- now they are actually comfortable after modifications and an additional $40 or so investment in pads. They are really cute and I wear them a lot. Great fall shoe if your foot is just right and you can wear them out of the box.
