I have wide feet and had given up on finding cute shoes. Recently, I tried Danskos Brook booties. I usually wear a 10W and tried size 40 in the Brook (9.5 to 10 in American sizing). I simply could not get my feet into the boots. Maybe I have a high instep or maybe the straps around the ankle make it more difficult. I sized up to a 41 (10.5 to 11 in American sizing) and the boots fit beautifully.I really was not sure which size I should try in these Addyson wedges and decided to try 41 again. I am SO glad I did. The Addyson also fits beautifully! The length is just right and my wide foot fits perfectly in them. The leather straps are a bit stiff but I believe they will soften with time. These are so comfortable and will look really cute with a dress when the weather warms up.
It’s stylish, very soft I love it, but to narrow down on the toes, very flat down on toes. I wish they made it thicker toward the toes. I wear it few hours it hurts my toes because to narrow down. I have to return it :(
I was looking for a comfortable wedge heeled sandal that looked like a dress sandal and this one is the one! Comfortable enough to do some mileage on NYC streets but look dressy for work or a night out on the town. Great arch support. Only downer is the Velcro strap, wish it was more of a belt styled. Alas you can’t have it all.
These shoes are terrible, nobody should buy them... I have worn Danskos for years... they are recommended for nurses and teachers, because we are on our feet all day.. I need my shoes to be good for at least 12 hours of comfort ..Danskos in the past have provided that ....these shoes hurt the moment I put them on ..I don't know if they sold their company to an inferior one, but nobody should buy these shoes... they're painful the minute you put them on..... I feel like I was totally ripped off !
Dansko is one of my favorite brands of shoes. I have a large wide foot and Dansko size 10 has consistently fit until this pair. Very pretty & good quality shoe but I had to return because they were too short & too narrow.
The sandal is beautiful, it fits a little big in length and the straps on top to wide. It is unfortunate that the straps cannot be adjusted with Velcro like the main strap.
Had to return (feet too narrow). However, they are so cute and comfortable!
I loved the look of this sandal but the fit was not right. The angle of the ankle strap gapped around my foot and if tightened it threw off the rest of the straps.comfortable foot bed and true to size but returned. Purchased it’s sister style and am very happy with them.
