They appear to be well made and have good bonding between the large chunky sole and the padded fabric upper.. The inner sole is removable and quite thick at the back and because these are half height heels that extra thickness might cause some issues with the foot lifting out too easily. Thinner replacement insoles can be used to add some room for your heel to sink deeper or even make room if the foot feels cramped. These run in whole sizes so order up if you need half size or wide and you should be fine as they run a bit narrow.The sole is mostly flat with dense yet spongy feel and there is no arch support so inserts may be needed for that. They offer a wide footprint for stability but may need some getting used to as they are bigger overall than the actual shoe itself sticking out almost an inch behind the heel opening. Bottom line, they feel great on and for long periods. They look durable and don't need breaking in.
These shoes are very comfortable, easy to walk in and fit true to size. I am pleased with my purchase.
These fit well and are pretty comfortable. They’re not easy to walk long distances in, because they want to slide off. But they’re fine for when I’m working in the garage or the yard.
I don’t really know how these clogs are supposed to fit. When I wear them my foot flaps up and down like a flip flop. That would be fine but because of the little lip of fabric at the back my foot keeps hitting against it when I walk. The inside is fleece lined and very comfortable. My only problem is the back. I find the flapping up and down annoying because my foot keeps hitting against that little flap of material in the back of the shoe. These shoe are not as comfortable as they could be because of the back flap of fabric that does hold me foot in and my foot keeps flapping against it.
I'm a fan of Dearfoam products. They've always been really comfortable. This pair is no different. The only thing I would note, however, is that if you have "thick" feet (especially when wearing winter socks), these may not work for you. I don't have wide or thick feet, but even for me the top seemed a little tighter than I would have liked. Perhaps they'll stretch out over time, but just be aware. Otherwise, very comfy.
My wife was looking for some comfortable shoes to walk around in. Lots of cushion. She decided to give these a shot. Before she could wear them, she broke two toes and the next day she had to help work a booth at a convention. She put these on - no sandal she has would work with her toes taped together - and hoped for the best. They worked out great.There's really only two things she brought up as an issue. First, she would have liked it if the shoe came in half sizes. Second, the heal slips a bit although it doesn't slip off. So far it hasn't caused a hot-spot or anything (and she walked a lot during the convention) so it's not a huge problem, but something that she's aware of.Very comfortable shoes.
My mother needed shoes that she could slip on and off easily and that could handle outdoor and indoor terrain. These seem to work perfectly. She has worn them out in the yard, to the hospital and doctor's office, and out shopping, and she loves them. She says they are very comfortable and prefers them to any of her other shoes.The fit seems good. She wears a 7 and the 7 fits her perfectly.That's plenty for me to give this a five-star review. They also seem durable, given how much my mother wears them. I haven't noticed any wear and tear yet.
These shoes are cute and comfy, but a little on the small side. I wear a size 8 and was considering sizing up but didn't, and I really should have. My feet still fit (barely - they're almost hanging out the back) and I definitely can't wear socks with these shoes. The lining is very soft and plush and I'm definitely kicking myself for not sizing up. My hope is that with time and wear they will loosen up and become more comfortable. These are great, soft, comfy shoes but I would definitely suggest sizing up!
