I was very impressed with these slippers. They were well-constructed and looked sturdy. The Dearfoams brand is usually known for sturdy construction. Unfortunately, I have very wide feet. I took a chance and ordered size XL 11-12, hoping that the extra length would give me the extra room I needed. Well, the end result is that I could probably wear them for a few minutes, but they just weren't comfortable because my feet are too large. So learn from my mistake. These could potentially be a nice gift but, because shoe sizing is such an individual thing, I would probably gift something else. Nevertheless, these are very nice if your feet are normal width. Recommended.
The Dearfoams Women's Kali Water Resistant Lightweight Clog Slippers are a perfect combination of comfort and style. The athleisure style of these slippers is trendy and can be worn anywhere, whether you are relaxing at home or running errands outside. The water-resistant feature of these slippers makes them ideal for any weather condition, and you don't have to worry about your feet getting wet.The indoor and outdoor EVA outsole of these slippers is lightweight, making them easy to walk in. They are perfect for indoor and outdoor use, which means that you can wear them while doing any activity. The footbed is made up of cozy fleece and recycled poly materials, which provide a comfortable feel when you step into them. The breathable, temperature-regulating DF Adapt no-sweat technology ensures that your feet stay dry and comfortable all day long.Overall, the Dearfoams Women's Kali Water Resistant Lightweight Clog Slippers are a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish pair of slippers. They are perfect for any activity, whether indoor or outdoor, and will provide you with the comfort and support you need.
I purchased these with misgivings due to my 2 past recent Dearfoam purchases. They are a size small 5-6. The tags inside were scratching my feet so I was able to easily remove them. I then realized the inside gusset elastic , although sewn inside on was really scratchy, so I was able to cut the edge off - 4 edges on the inside of each slipper. The elastic remained intact. These slippers are flat to be comfortable, and too wide to stay on securely. I should have known better to purchase this third pair. I'm not returning them but the other reviews mentioning scratchy elastic and not a secure fit were totally accurate. Find some other slippers, Dearfoam are not quality slippers. As previously stated, I do have 2 others recently purchased pairs that are equally worthless. Do not purchase these for an elderly person because they don't fit securely
Product: Dearfoams Women's Kali Water Resistant Lightweight Clog SlipperI got these slippers for my mother, who lives with me. She has foot issues, related to aging, that make it difficult to find footwear that are comfortable for her. We’ve had good results with Dearfoam slippers/shoes in the past. While these are slippers she wears on occasion, they didn’t meet our expectations. The slippers have a soft and cushioned insole. They don’t provide much arch support, but they are soft. The soles are also non-slip, which is important to us. They also appear to be water resistant, although that hasn’t really been tested as she doesn’t wear them outside. My mother wears a size 7, so I got her the 7-8. They were a bit big for her. They are wearable, but tend to “flap” when she walks. She isn’t going to sneak up on anyone wearing these. These will probably fit someone who is 7 1/2 best. I’m not sure why a company like Dearfoam couldn’t at least size these by full sizes and not encompass two sizes with one shoe. It seems like a cost cutting measure to me.These slippers have elastic bands on the sides. This can be a nice feature to accommodate any possible swelling of the feet while wearing them and the fact the shoe includes 2 sizes. The implementation of this elastic band wasn’t poorly done. The edges are rough and cause a bit of scratching. This is the main reason she doesn’t wear them more than she does. She doesn’t normally wear socks, and you don’t expect to need to with slippers. These slippers were $30 when I got them, and the price is now almost $40. This particular DearFoam clog doesn’t meet the price in my opinion. It doesn’t live up to the quality I expect from DearFoam.
These are very comfy slippers! They are lightweight and easy to slip on without having to bend over or use my hands. They are cute, too. I am between sizes, I typically wear an 8 shoe but sometimes 8 1/2 and also I have somewhat wide feet. i got the large (9-10) and they fit well. I am still between sizes, though. I might have been able to get a medium, but I think they would have been too tight around the top. These are good but I do have a little room at the back. However, I prefer that to a slipper that is too tight. (these do have elastic so the top can stretch somewhat) Also, I can wear these with lightweight socks and they still fit.
Inside cushioning does not come to the inside edge of the shoe. Size 7 was too small for a size 7 foot with socks on. In 20 steps or so, I walked out of them because there's not enough of a back to them to keep them on.
I have a very wide foot, so when I first tried these on they were a little snug but they have stretched to fit my foot nicely. I was surprised for Dearfoams that the elastic on the sides is sewn so poorly on the inside, it's very uncomfortable, it's almost sharp. Overtime the elastic has folded over at the seam so it doesn't poke me when I wear them. I wore them to check the mail and the grass was dewy and they did get wet on the inside. So I think that even though they have a very thick rubber bottom, they're not super water resistant
