First time wearing every single person I saw before work gave me a compliment on these shoes. They are very comfortable and I was able to wear all day. I ordered a 7.5 my normal size and an 8 in these. The 8 fit better than the 7.5 my heel was hanging off a smidge. They are super cute and my foot sits nicely in them so that I don’t feel like I am on my tippy toes.

Update: I got a response from Zappos today 2/21/2022 and I wish I was one of the customers who got my hiccup that occurred with my order like other reviews that I read on here. So I had to come back and change my 2 star rating to a 1 star because Zappos told me to contact Amazon, Amazon told me to contact Zappos. In the end I had to repurchase the shoes and that's how they told me. I wanted to simply exchange the shoes versus spending more money to get another pair which was messed up by the seller. I am disappointed with this sale and I will not be shopping from Amazon or Zappos. I am really sick of Amazon on all levels so this will be my last and final order with Amazon or Zappos.I received my shoes on 2/19/2022. Delivery was quick. But I was not happy when I got my shoes. I foundthat my shoes are not a matching pair. The left shoe slides right off my foot as soon as I try to take a step in them. The right shoe is a perfect fit. I sent a message to the Zappos but I have not heard back from them as of yet. I have read in some of the reviews that others had issues but they got them corrected fairly quickly. Hopefully I will have that same result. But as of right now I don't recommend the shoes. Because what I read in the description is not what I got. I will update my review if and when Zappos contact me to make arrangements for me to get another pair of shoes. I prefer not to have a refund if it can be avoided because the shoes are really cute and would look really good with some of my spring and summer attire and I would surely hate to not have these shoes in my closet. So please Zappos fix this issue for me with few hitches. Thanks
